Thank you for all your suggestions. The inbox for my colleague is very low, and we don't have AV scanning on a schedule, so I'm not sure this will be the issue.
My colleague will try to delete those cache files, etc.
Basic client... unfortunately will be a last resort, but thank you for all your suggestions.
